Call Meeting to Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Heritage Preservation <br />Commission was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair Lindberg. <br /> <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> <br />3. Consider July 21, 2022, Agenda <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Mauren and seconded by Commissioner Griffiths to <br />approve the July 21, 2022, agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />4. Minutes of March 17, 2022, Heritage Preservation Commission <br />meeting <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Griffiths and seconded by Commissioner Hangaard <br />to approve the March 17, 2022, meeting minutes. <br /> <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />5.1 Elk River Documentary <br />Commissioner Griffiths updated the commission on the Elk River documentary. He <br />discussed the next steps and the narration assistance that will be required of the <br />other Commission members. Commissioner Griffiths also stated that he will have a <br />preview of the documentary available for review during the August 25th HPC booth <br />at the Elk River Farmer’s Market. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
