The <br />applicant is seeking a CUP to construct a 74' x 170' oil change facility <br />on what will be located on Lot 1, Block 1, of the Jabez Third Addition <br />plat, which will also be reviewed by the City Council. <br />Along with oil changes, the facility will accommodate light mechanic <br />work such as tire rotations. Construction is anticipated to begin in the <br />spring of 2023.
