Call Meeting to Order <br /> <br />Chairman Tralle called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />2. Consider the Agenda for the June 25, 1985 Planning Commission Meeting. <br /> <br />Number 9A - New Sign Ordinance and Number 9B - Sign at the Elk River Plaza were <br />added to the agenda. <br /> <br />3. Consider Minutes of the May 28, 1985 Planning Commission Meeting. <br /> <br />COI1MISSIONER FUCHS MOVED TO ACCEPT THE MAY <br />COMMISSIONER MERRICK SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> <br />29,1985 PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES. <br />THE MOTION PASSED 4~0. <br /> <br />4. Preliminary Plat Review for Sandpiper Estates <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER FUCHS MADE A MOTION TO TABLE THIS ISSUE BECAUSE THERE WAS NO REPRESENTA- <br />TIVES FROM SANDPIPER ESTATES. COMMISSIONER MERRICK SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />5. Final Plat Review for Wilderness Acres <br /> <br />Chairman Tralle informed Mr. DeMars that all fees would have to be paid and a <br />Developers Agreement entered into and signed. Also all park dedication fees must <br />me paid up front before the council would approve it. <br /> <br />Steven Rohlf, Building Inspe~tor stated that arhard shell copy of the plat was re- <br />quired for the City where it wasn't before. <br /> <br />Chairman Tralle opened the public hearing. There was no one for or in opposition <br />of the request. <br /> <br />Chairman Tralle closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER MERRICK MADE A MOTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT <br />FOR WILDERNESS ACRES WITH THE STIPULATIONS PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED BY CHAIRMAN TRALLE <br />THAT THE FEES MUST BE PAID, THE DEVELOPERS AGREEMENT SIGNED AND PARK DEDICATION <br />FEES PAID UP FRONT. COMMISSIONER FUCHS SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />6. Site Plan Review of Good Year Auto Store <br /> <br />Chairman Tralle Opened the Public Hearing. There was no one for or in opposition <br />of the request. <br /> <br />Chairman Tralle closed the public hearing. <br />
