Agenda <br /> <br />Item 11-1/2 Site for Conditional Use Permit/Variance Request for RDF <br />Facility continued Public Hearing was added to the October 28, 1986 <br />Planning Commission Agenda. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER BARRETT MOVED APPROVAL OF THE OCTOBER 28. 1986 PLANNING <br />COMMISSION AGENDA AS AMENDED. COMMISSIONER MORTON SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />THE MOTION PASSED 6-0. <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />Cgfi~ideration of 9/23/86 Planning Commission Minutes <br /> <br />The following corrections to the September 23, 1986 Planning Commission <br />Minutes were noted: <br /> <br />Page 7, Item 7.4 - insert the word "lot" in place of "building". Page 9, <br />Item 10 - insert the name "Morton" in place of Fuchs in the motion. Page <br />11. Item 11 - insert "Commissioner Kropuenske" in place of "Barrett" as <br />seconding the motion. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER FUCHS MOVED APPROVAL OF <br />COMMI SSION MEETING MINUTES AS AMENDED. <br />MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 6-0. <br /> <br />THE SEPTEMBER 23. 1986 PLANNING <br />COMMISSIONER TEMPLE SECONDED THE <br /> <br />4. Ordinance Amendment-Solid Waste Ordinance/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Chairman Wilson explained that under City Council direction, the City <br />staff has prepared a draft solid waste ordinance to gain better control <br />of waste facilities. Chairman Wilson stated that the proposed ordinance <br />would amend Chapter VI titled "Environmental Controls" and Chapter IX, <br />"Zoning" of the City Code. <br /> <br />Mr. Peter Beck, City Attorney, stated that the draft ordinance is a <br />result of meetings among City Staff, consultants and himself. He further <br />stated that he will review changes that have been proposed and then <br />would like to hear any comments the Planning Commission may have. <br />
