The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Tralle <br /> <br />2. Consider Agenda for Wednesday, June 24, 1986 Planning Commission Meeting <br /> <br />Item 13.5 - Elect Vice Chairman to Commission and Item 13.75 - Ordinance <br />Inter petation of Sign Ordinance were added to the agenda. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER BARRETT MOVED TO APPROVE THE JUNE 24, 1986 AGENDA AS AMENDED. <br />COMMMISSIONER TEMPLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 6-0. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Consideration of 5/28/86 Planning Commission Minutes <br /> <br />It was noted that on Page four, Item 5, motion be revised to read <br />"COMMISSIONER FUCHS" instead of Commissioner Warner. It was noted that It'em <br />8, Page six, "COMMISSIONER WILSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 6- <br />0." Commissioner Fuchs noted that Item 12, motion should be revised to read, <br />"THE ZONE CHANGE ON OUTLOT A ONLY." It was noted that Item 13, motion should <br />be revised to read "MOTION PASSED 5-1." It was noted that on Page three, <br />paragraph five, be revised to read "fire equipment can not reach the top." <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER BARRETT MOVED TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE MAY 28, 1986 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AS AMENDED. COMMISSIONER TEMPLE SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 6-0. <br /> <br />4. Consideration of 6/10/86 Planning Commission Minutes <br /> <br />It was noted that on page three, first paragraph the word "mobile" should <br />read "model." <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER WILSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE JUNE 10, 1986 PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES AS AMENDED. COMMISSIONER BARRETT SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />PASSED 6-0. <br /> <br />5. Consideration of Sign Request for Viking Recreational Retreat/P.H. <br /> <br />Mr. Art Raudio was present and indicated he was requesting 700 square foot of <br />signage which would include 2 signs at entrance on County Road 40 and two <br />signs at entrance on County Road 12. <br /> <br />Chairman Tralle opened the public hearing. <br />opposition of the request. <br /> <br />No one appeared for or in <br /> <br />Chairman Tralle closed the public hearing. <br />
