Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River <br />Planning Commission was called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />2. Consider 8/23/88 Planning Commission Agenda <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER OLSEN MOVED TO APPROVE THE 8/23/88 PLANNING COMMISSION <br />AGENDA. COMMISSIONER MORTON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED <br />6-0. <br />3. Consider 7/19/88 Planning Commission Minutes <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER KIMBALL MOVED TO APPROVE THE 7/19/88 PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES AS PRESENTED. COMMISSIONER JOHNSON SECONED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 6- O. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Consider 7/26/88 Planning Commission Minutes <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER KIMBALL MOVED TO APPROVE THE 7/26/88 PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES AS PRESENTED. COMMISSIONER JOHNSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 6~ O. <br /> <br />5. COMMISSIONER JOHNSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> <br />6. Conditional Use Permit Request for a Temporary Mobile Home by Stan <br />Hall/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Chairman Kropuenske explained that Stan Hall is requesting a conditional <br />use permit to allow a temporary mobile home to be located at 19481 <br />Proctor Road as his home had been damaged by fire. In addition, Steve <br />Bjork commented that several inspections had been done and they were <br />making progress in completing their house. <br /> <br />Stephen Rohlf, Building & Zoning Administrator, indicated he allowed the <br />applicant to locate the trailer on the lot prior to the issuance of a <br />conditional use permit because the fire created an immediate need. <br />
