There being no one for or <br />against the matter. Chairman Kropuenske closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER MORTON MOVED TO RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF <br />THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BY STAN HALL .WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPtJLATIONS: <br /> <br />1. THAT THE TRAILER BE MOVED OFF THE SITE 6 MONTHS FROM BUILDING PERMIT <br />ISSUANCE. <br /> <br />2. THAT THE TRAILER BE HOOKED UP TO THE ON SITE WATER AND SEWER <br />SYSTEMS. <br /> <br />3. THAT THE TRAILER SHALL BE USED SOLELY BY THE APPLICANTS IMMEDIATE <br />FAMILY AND SHALL NOT BE USED AS A RENTAL UNIT AT ANY TIME. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER KIMBALL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> <br />7. Ordinance Amendment Regarding Model Homes/Public Hearing. <br /> <br />Chairman Kropuenske opened the public hearing. There being no one for or <br />against the matter. Chairman Kropuenske closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER KIMBALL MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT AMENDING SECTION 900.20(13) TILTED. "MODEL HOMES". <br />COMMISSIONER OLSEN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> <br />8. Discussion Regarding Future Ordinance Amendments to Implement City's <br />Growth Management Plan. <br /> <br />Stephen Rohlf provided the Planning Commission with the results of the <br />Growth Management Plan that was held on August 22. 1988. There were a <br />number of changes regarding future ordinance amendments. The Building <br />and Zoning Administrator reviewed these changes. <br /> <br />9. Planning Commission Representative to Attend Council Meeting on 9/19/88 <br /> <br />It was indicated that Commissioner Morton and Commissioner Olsen will <br />represent the Planning Commission at the Elk River City Council meeting <br />on September 19. 1988. <br />
