<br />Meeting of the <br />Heritage Preservation Commission <br />Elk River City Hall <br />Thursday, January 20, 2022 <br /> <br /> <br />Members Present: Chair Lance Lindberg, Commissioners Michele Cole, Zachary <br />Griffiths, Tony Mauren, Joshua Fox, and Debra Mortensen <br /> <br />Members Absent: Commissioner Mike Hangaard <br /> <br />Others Present: Senior Planner Chris Leeseberg and Councilmember Garrett <br />Christianson <br /> <br />1. Call Meeting to Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Heritage Preservation <br />Commission was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair Lindberg. <br /> <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> <br />3. Consider January 20, 2022, Agenda <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Mortensen and seconded by Commissioner Fox to <br />approve the January 20, 2022, agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />4. Minutes of November 18, 2021, Heritage Preservation Commission <br />meeting <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Mortensen and seconded by Commissioner Griffiths <br />to approve the November 18, 2021, meeting minutes. <br /> <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />5.1 Elk River Documentary <br />Commissioner Griffiths reviewed the progress on the documentary. He stated that <br />production is where it was at last time they met. He hoped to get commissioners in <br />front of the camera this week. He indicated there at 83 photos available at the <br />Sherburne History Center and they would cost $3 per photo (typically $5) and they <br />would waive the usage charge. He said he touched up the script based on the <br />comments received but did not feel necessary to share again. <br />
