Call Meeting to Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River <br />Planning Commission was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Nadeau. <br /> <br />2. Consider 10/27/92 Planning Commission Agenda <br /> <br />Commissioner Spotts added discussion on the Regional <br />Conference held in st. Paul to Item 15 on the agenda. <br /> <br />Planning <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER SPOTTS MOVED TO APPROVE THE 10/27/92 PLANNING COMMISSION <br />AGENDA AS AMENDED. COMMISSIONER EBERLEY SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Consider 9/22/92 Planning Commission Minutes <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER MINTON MOVED TO APPROVE THE 9/22/92 MINUTES. <br />JOHNSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0-2. <br />Eberley and Chairman Nadeau abstained from voting <br />present for last month's Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER <br />Commissioner <br />as they were not <br /> <br />4. Planning Commission Representative to Attend 11/16/92 City Council <br />Meeting <br /> <br />It was indicated that Commissioner <br />11/16/92 City Council meeting to be <br />Library. <br /> <br />VanValkenburg <br />held at the <br /> <br />would attend the <br />Elk River Public <br /> <br />5. Consider a Preliminary Plat and Variance Request for Lake Point <br />Shores/Mike Leary and Marilyn Vanpatten/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Janelle Szklarski, Zoning Assistant, explained that the applicant has <br />withdrawn this request and subsequently, the City Council denied the <br />request at its October 19, 1992 meeting. <br /> <br />~ <br />
