Public Works Director <br />Reviewed by <br />Cal Portner, City Administrator <br />Action Requested <br />Adopt, by motion, a resolution for a Cooperative Construction Agreement with MnDOT for the 169 Redefine <br />Project <br />Background/Discussion <br />Municipal consent on the attached layout of improvements for the 169 Redefine project was approved on <br />September 8, 2020. Since that time the project has moved through the final design process and preparation of the <br />final Cooperative Construction Agreement. The final agreement and cost share is attached. <br />Financial Impact <br />The final agreement details the total city obligation toward the project is $1,507,570.10.
