City of <br />Elk <br />River <br />City of Elk River <br />City Council <br />Resolution 22- <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River for 169 Redefine <br />Agreement <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, as follows: that the City of Elk River enter into MnDOT Agreement No. <br />1046508 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following <br />purposes: <br />To provide for the payment by the City to the State of the City's share of the costs of <br />the sanitary sewer, signal system, aesthetic construction and other associated <br />construction to be performed upon, along, and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 169 <br />from Mississippi River to 0.35 miles north of 197`i' Avenue; and on Trunk Highway <br />No. 101 from 0.22 miles south of Mississippi River to Mississippi River; and on <br />Trunk highway No. 10 from 0.45 miles west of TH 169 to 0.39 miles east of TH 169 <br />within the corporate City limits under State Project No. 7106-87 (T.H. 169=018) <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City <br />Clerk are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement. <br />Passed and adopted this 7th day of February 2022. <br />John J.
