Call Meeting to Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Multipurpose Facility <br />Advisory Commission was called to order at 6:31 p.m. by Chair Williams. <br /> <br />2. Consider Agenda <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Loidolt and seconded by Commissioner Matt <br />Westgaard to approve the December 2, Multipurpose Facility Advisory <br />Commission Agenda. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />3.1 Consider 11/04/2021 Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Hecker and seconded by Commissioner Mike <br />Westgaard to approve the following November 4, Multipurpose Facility <br />Advisory Commission Minutes. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />4. Open Forum <br /> <br />No one spoke at the open forum. <br /> <br />5. Presentations <br /> <br />No presentations. <br /> <br />6.1 Task Force Continuation as Recommending Body for Facility Branding <br />and Graphics <br /> <br />Mr. Dalton discussed with the Advisory Commission the next steps for the Facility <br />Branding and Graphics. The next steps are to have the commission members <br />recommend what the first zone to brand will be. Commission members will start a <br />process of what the guidelines are for what type of graphics or displays will be <br />allowed in each zone. <br />
