Staff approval of all site, civil, and architectural plans. 11 y <br /> Background/Discussion ywr <br /> The applicant, Stonewood Development LLC,is proposing to establish <br /> 6 <br /> a high-density Planned Unit Development (PUD) that includes two 89- <br /> unit buildings.
