The west access easement shown in the original site plan <br /> approval from October 2015 shall be recorded. <br /> CR 33 <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> The property is zoned FAST Subzone H where light manufacturing <br /> facilities require a Conditional Use Permit (CUP). x <br /> RR <br /> The applicant is seeking a CUP to construct an approximately 90,000 <br /> square foot addition to their existing 105,000 light manufacturing HWLI <br /> facility. - cR z <br /> The project meets the exterior design standards (precast concrete <br /> panels with a ribbed pattern matching the existing color) for the FAST ` <br /> - Subzone H zoning district and includes 82 trees which complies with <br /> the city's landscaping standards. ! y <br /> 'oma <br /> The setback and parking standards are satisfied under the submitted <br /> proposal.
