Otting House Movers, Inc. has <br /> moved the house at 419 3rd Street. As they prepared to move the house at 406 Main Street,they found some <br /> white powder believed to be vermiculite in the subfloor of the garage. <br /> Staff contacted Techtron Engineering,who tested the powder and determined it was vermiculite and in turn <br /> contacted Hummingbird Engineering to safely dispose of the asbestos. <br /> Otting said the house should be moved in the next couple of weeks, as their buyer would like to be settled in by <br /> the holidays.
