Side yard setbacks shall be 7.5 feet. RR <br />2. Minimum garage size shall be 633 square feet. <br />3. The city will not maintain the proposed stormwater Hwy ,o <br />infrastructure along the west side of proposed homes CR ,z <br />and between lots 2 and 3. <br />4. Update pipe material to ensure there is enough strength <br />to support maintenance vehicle traffic. <br />5.
