Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Elk River Economic <br /> Development Authority Public Art Sub-Committee was called to order at 5:00 p.m. <br /> by Dan Tveite. <br /> 2. Consider Agenda <br /> Moved by Michael Niziolek and seconded by Ann McCormick to approve the <br /> agenda. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> 3. Consent Agenda <br /> 3.1 February 6, 2020, Meeting Minutes <br /> Moved by Michael Niziolek and seconded by Ann McCormick to approve the <br /> consent agenda. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> 4. General Business <br /> 4.1 Public Art Proposals <br /> Ms. Othoudt presented the staff report. <br /> Matthew Coppersmith,of Coppersmith Customs presented his revised art piece. <br /> Scale is 2" = 1'with the final art being 10'— 12'. <br /> Members discussed their concerns with the project;the low piece representing the <br /> river should be shorten so nobody hits their head,what engineering is needed as <br /> there is an underground garage under the proposed area,thickness of the steel strong <br />
