In 2003, the applicant received a <br />CUP to construct a 576 -square foot accessory structure, and in 2011 they received a CUP to construct 30 <br />memory care and assisted living units. <br />The proposed location is adjacent to the existing accessory structure, is open and relatively flat, and is <br />screened from view to the residential homes west of the subject parcel. <br />Planning Commission <br />The Planning Commission had no comments or concerns with the request.
