Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Public Library <br /> Board was called to order at 5:30 pm by Chair Stoffers. <br /> 2. Consider September 25, 2018, Agenda <br /> • Moved by Commissioner Dreissig and seconded by Commissioner Keifenheim to <br /> approve the September 25,2018, agenda as submitted. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> 3. Consent Agenda <br /> 3.1 Secretary's Report <br /> • September 25, 2018 Meeting Minutes <br /> 3.2 Treasurer's Report <br /> • September and October 2018 Revenue and Expense Reports <br /> Moved by Commissioner Keifenheim and seconded by Commissioner Dreissig to <br /> approve the Consent Agenda. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> 4. Open Forum <br /> Carole Boelter sat in on the meeting to observe. She will be sworn in as a new Library <br /> board member replacing Commissioner Jackson after December 31 but prior to the <br /> January 2019 meeting. <br /> • <br />
