The report details a <br /> project that will rehabilitate 12.6 miles of city street pavement in 2019. Upon approval of the report,plans <br /> will be completed, and bids solicited, all with a goal of starting construction in May of 2019. <br /> After engaging our consultant with a preliminary project scope that prescribed 9.5 miles of pavement <br /> rehabilitation,we further examined current pavement conditions, future project areas, and our project <br /> budget.
