Agenda <br /> <br />Item 10~, Resolution to Designate Municipal State Aid Streets and Item 11 D, <br />the Sale of Property on Highway #169, were added to the April 6, 1981 City <br />Council Agenda. COUNCILMAN DUITSMAN MOVED APPROVAL OF THE APRIL 6, 1981 CITY <br />COUNCIL AGENDA. AS AMENDED ~. COUNCILMAN. ENGSTROM SECONDED. THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />PASSED. 3.;...0. <br /> <br />3. Minutes <br /> <br />COUNCILMAN SCHULDT MOVED APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE MARCH 16, 1981 CITY <br />COUNCIL MEETING. COUNCILMAN ENGSTROM SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 3-0. <br /> <br />4. Open Mike <br /> <br />.No one appeared for this item. <br /> <br />5. Dietz Rezoning Request <br /> <br />COUNCILMAN DUITSMAN MOVED APPROVAL OF THE REZONING REQUEST BY MR. DIETZ FOR THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED' NORTH.. OF . THIRD. STREET. AND WEST OF. EVANS STREET FROM AN R2 ZONE <br />TO A PUD.. COUNCILMAN SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> <br />The City Administrator indicated that the rezoning changes required a 4/5 vote for <br />approval. <br /> <br />THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />6. Barrington Place Planned Unit Development Feasibility Report <br /> <br />Mr. Terry Mauer of Consulting Engineers Diversified was present to discuss the <br />feasibility report for the sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, and street <br />construction for the garrington Place Planned Unit Development and answer any <br />questions the City Council may have. Mr. Mauer explained the oversizing of the <br />watermain extension to provide for future water service needs of the City. <br />Mr. Mauer also discussed the storm sewer requirements of the project and the <br />street improvements proposed in the development. Mr. Mauer indicated that if <br />Dodge Avenue was placed on the Municipal State Aid street system, that the street <br />would be built to Municipal State Aid standards. <br /> <br />Mr. Mauer reviewed the alternate plans proposed for the sanitary sewer service to <br />the project. Alternate A would provide service to the entire project from the <br />existing lateral line on Fifth Street. Alternate B would utilize the existing <br />sanitary sewer on Fifth Street to serve the residential units on the east side of <br />the Planned Unit Development and the commercial lots would be served by the <br />
