The Commission also asked <br /> staff to come up with language for a condition addressing the problem of golf <br /> balls being hit on to the residential lots. <br /> The applicant was notified by mail that this item was postponed to the <br /> December 23, 1997 Planning Commission meeting to allow him an <br /> opportunity to respond to comments made at the public hearing. Attempts to <br /> contact the applicant by phone were unsuccessful. <br /> The following language is offered as a condition to help resolve problems <br /> associated with golf balls being hit on to adjacent properties: <br /> • Prior to receiving a building permit for the proposed storage building, the <br /> applicant shall work with the with residents and the City to identify <br /> problem areas associated with golf balls being hit on to the adjacent <br /> residential lots and streets, and once these areas have been identified, the <br /> applicant shall present to the City a plan to address the problem areas. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Staff is recommending the Planning Commission recommend approval of this <br /> conditional use permit with the following conditions: <br /> 1. ELEVATIONS OF THE PROPOSED BUILDING SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR REVIEW AND <br /> APPROVAL BY STAFF. <br /> • 2.
