THE APPLICANT SHALL CONTACT ELK RIVER UTILITIES REGARDING MOVING OVERHEAD <br /> WIRES AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF MOVING THOSE WIRES. <br /> 7. PRIOR TO RECEIVING A BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE PROPOSED STORAGE BUILDING, THE <br /> APPLICANT SHALL WORK WITH RESIDENTS AND THE CITY TO IDENTIFY PROBLEM AREAS <br /> ASSOCIATED WITH GOLF BALLS BEING HIT ON TO ADJACENT RESIDENTIAL LOTS AND <br /> STREETS, AND ONCE THESE AREAS HAVE BEEN IDENTIED, THE APLICANT SHALL PRESENT A <br /> PLAN TO THE CITY TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM AREAS. <br /> 8.
