The plat included subdividing 92 acres into 8 single family <br /> lots. There is an existing farmstead and a single family home on the property. <br /> On the original plat the farm was included on a 30 acre parcel and the single <br /> family home was on a 12 acre parcel. The remaining 6 lots ranged in size <br /> from 4 acres to 10 acres.
