The residential lot will be 2.5 acres, the outlot will be 13.35 acres and <br /> .44 acres will be plated as part of the right-of-way for Meadowvale Road <br /> (County Road 32). There is an existing house on the property; it will be <br /> located on the residential lot (Lot 1). The land to be included as part of the <br /> outlot is currently farmed and will continue to be farmed. <br /> The property is mostly open with some woodland on the eastern part of the <br /> IIIoutlot.
