A complete legal <br /> description is available at City Hall . <br /> ZONING/LAND USE <br /> Rla (Single Family Residential) ; LR (Low Density Residential ) <br /> • ATTACHMENTS <br /> Location Map, Zoning Map, Survey of Property, Floor Plan <br /> Layout, Property Owners List. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> The applicant, Richard Peterson, is requesting a conditional <br /> use permit to construct a 3, 190 square foot metal skin <br /> agricultural accessory structure and to have two agricultural <br /> buildings on one lot. Elk River City Code requires any <br /> agricultural accessory structure larger than 2,000 square feet <br /> in size to go through the conditional use permit process . Mr. <br /> Peterson is also required to go through the conditional use <br /> permit process because he has more than one agricultural <br /> structure on the parcel . Mr. Peterson owns 27 .45 acres of <br /> wooded property. This property acts as a buffer between the <br /> gravel pits to the north and a portion of the Brentwood <br /> subdivision to the south. Currently there is one 12 ' x28 ' ( 336 <br /> square foot) agricultural "lean-to" structure located on the <br /> property. This structure is currently used as a shelter for <br /> the horses and to cover the applicants hay. <br /> • <br /> P.O.
