This request by Wendy's is the first application to <br /> come forward since the approval of the main shopping center, which lies west <br /> of Freeport Avenue. <br /> The proposed site is a triangular piece of property located at the northeast <br /> corner of 192nd, which is the access road off of Highway 169 and Freeport <br /> P.O.
