At that time, the Planning Commission and City Council <br /> approved Riverside Development's request to rezone the property from Rte <br /> (Single Family Residential) to Planned Unit Development and amend the <br /> Comprehensive Land Use Plan from MR (Medium Density Residential) to HB <br /> P.O.
