A conditional use <br /> permit was granted by the City Council on May 21, 1990, <br /> allowing Marketech to occupy the described space. Marketech is <br /> a service business in the printed circuit board market. <br /> Services, such as assembling test fixtures, test programming, <br /> and testing of printed circuit boards are all part of <br /> Marketech' s services offered. Marketech' s current space of <br /> roughly 2, 000 sq ft has become inefficient and inadequate for <br /> their present operation. Therefore, they are looking at <br /> relocating to a larger facility to accommodate their present <br /> needs as well as some growth potential . <br /> Presently, Marketech has 11 full time employees and operates <br /> two and a half shifts per day. Hours of operation are from 6 <br /> a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday, with some weekends . <br /> PROPOSED SITE <br /> The building that Marketech would like to occupy is roughly <br /> 4 ,500 sq ft in area and is located directly behind Whole Air <br /> Company, Inc . , and Kjellberg' s Carpet on Highway 10 .
