Setback lines should be shown. <br /> 5.' An easement will be required for the ponding area along the south property line. <br /> 6. Outlot B should be dedicated to the adjacent exception. <br /> 7. Additional easements will be needed for the hydrants in Block 4. <br /> 8. Additional easements will be required for the proposed sanitary sewer and <br /> watermain through Block 1. <br /> 9.
