A map showing the general location of <br /> the affected property is attached. <br /> OVERVIEW <br /> Mr. Moldenhauer is proposing a preliminary plat consisting of <br /> 155 single family lots served by City sewer and water, to be <br /> accomplished in 5 phases . The total site consists of 62 <br /> acres .
