Consultant (7:20 p.m.) <br /> <br />1. The meeting of the Elk River City Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />by Mayor Estelle Gunkel. <br /> <br />2. Consideration of 8-3-87 Agenda <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel stated that she would <br />Klaers. City Administrator. added <br />like to be on the agenda and <br />requested to be added as #8.5. <br /> <br />be on as #10.2 rather than Tralle. Pat <br />that Tom Zerwas. Chief of Police. would <br />was added as #7.5. Klaers. himself. <br /> <br />COUNCILMIlOER DOBEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE 8-3-87 CITY COUNCIL AGENDA WITH <br />CHANGES AND ADDITIONS. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Consideration of 7-27-87 City Council Minutes <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO APPROVE THE JULY 27. 1987. CITY COUNCIL <br />MINUTES AS PRESENTED. COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Open Mike <br />No one was present for Open Mike. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Industrial Park Project <br /> <br />5.1 Phase II Final Plat <br /> <br />The Elk River Associated Investors requested final plat review of <br />the 2nd Addition to the Elk River Industrial Park. The property. <br />containing eight light industrial zoned lots. is legally described <br />as that part of the W 1/2 of the SW 1/4 in Section 28. Township 33. <br />Range 26. Sherburne County. Minnesota. <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel listed the recommendations from staff which included: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Dedication <br />drainage. <br />Maurer. <br /> <br />of all easements <br />and construction <br /> <br />on the plat for <br />as recommended <br /> <br />utilities. <br />by Terry <br /> <br />2. A developer's agreement be drawn up spelling out City <br />standards and specifications for improvements within the plat. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />3. One year completion date of the improvements from the date of <br />final plat approval. <br />
