The purpose of <br />this amendment is to clarify what terms/uses mean, and minimize overlap of like meanings and uses. <br /> <br />Residential definitions have not been reviewed and are awaiting further study. These definitions will be <br />brought forward to the Planning Commission and City Council at a later date. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Meeting <br />The Planning Commission reviewed this request during a work session on January 23, 2018, and again <br />during their regular meeting on February, 27, 2018.
