Call Meetinl to Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River <br />City Council was called to order by Vice Mayor Schuldt at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />2. Consider 2/25/91 Council Ale:pda <br /> <br />Item 8.1 - Food Month Proclamation was added to the agenda. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO APPROVE THE 2/25/91 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />3.1. Consider 2/13/91 City Council Minutes <br /> <br />It was noted that the minutes should reflect the meeting date as <br />Wednesday. It was also noted that a name was misspelled on pages 4 and <br />5 and the correct spelling is (Herrboldt). <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO APPROVE THE 2/13/91 COUNCIL MINUTES <br />AS AMENDED. COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />3.2. Consider 2/13/91 Council Minutes <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO APPROVE THE 2/13/91 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />4. Open Mike <br /> <br />No one appeared for this item. <br /> <br />5.1. Con!iLder Transient Merchant License/8obertMadla!l...Q <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Schuldt stated that Robert Madland is applying for a renewal <br />of his transient merchant's license. Mr. Madland has had a transient <br />merchant's license in Elk River for the past several years. City <br />Clerk, Sandy Thackeray indicated that Mr. Madland is requesting to sell <br />flowers on holidays and weekends on property owned by Martin Plaza and <br />Beaudry Oil. <br />
