<br />Meeting of the Elk River Planning Commission <br />Held at the Elk River City Hall <br /> <br />Tuesday, November 28, 2017 <br /> <br />Members Present: Chair Eric Johnson, Commissioners Jill Larson-Vito, Robert <br />Rydberg, Alexander Feinstein, and Brad Thiel <br /> <br />Members Absent: Commissioners Mark Konietzko and Mike Nichols <br /> <br />Staff Present: Planning Manager Zack Carlton, Senior Planner Chris Leeseberg, Sr. <br />Administrative Assistant/Recording Secretary Jennifer Green <br /> <br />1. Call Meeting to Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Planning <br />Commission was called to order at 7:16 p.m. by Chair Johnson. <br /> <br />2. Consider November 28, 2017, Planning Commission Agenda <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Thiel and seconded by Commissioner Feinstein to <br />approve the November 28, 2017, Planning Commission agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />3. Consider September 26, 2017, Planning Commission Minutes <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Larson-Vito and seconded by Commissioner <br />Feinstein to approve the September 26, 2017, Planning Commission minutes. <br /> <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />4.1 Tiller Corporation – 12450 Ranch Rd. NW <br /> Conditional Use Permit for portable concrete plant, Case No. CU 17-34 <br /> <br />Mr. Carlton requested this item be continued to the December 19, 2017, Planning <br />Commission meeting to allow time for the applicant to meet with staff. <br /> <br />Chair Johnson opened and requested to continue the public hearing to December <br />19, 2017. <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Larson-Vito and seconded by Commissioner Thiel <br />to continue the public hearing for the request by Tiller Corporation for a <br />Conditional use Permit for portable concrete plant to the December 19, 2017, <br />Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br /> <br />
