Marshall Concrete <br />Products is located in the Mineral Excavation zoning district adjacent <br />Highway 169 and 213th Avenue NW. The mining site is mostly devoid of <br />vegetation and except for a strip along Highway 169. The applicant proposes <br />to construct a 42x16x60ft commercial storage building directly south of their <br />existing ready-mix plant.
