Updated engineering and utility plans must be approved by city staff. <br />2. An updated Planned Unit Development agreement for Miske Meadows must be approved by <br />the City Council. <br />3. The sidewalk along the south side of wetland #2 must include pedestrian ramps on both sides of <br />Johnson Street and Ivanhoe Drive. The mid-block pedestrian crossings also need to be striped <br />and signed according to established standards. <br />4. Rear yard drainage easements for all parcels abutting the new stormwater basin must encompass <br />the 928 contour line. <br />5. All mailboxes shall be clustered. <br /> <br />Adopt, by resolution, the Final Plat for Miske Meadows Third Addition, with the following conditions: <br />1. A Development Agreement must be signed by the city and developer prior to releasing the final <br />plat for recording. <br />2. Staff approval of updated Final Plat document <br />3. Park Dedication shall be paid at 90.64% of the current rate, based on credit for land dedication <br />in the preliminary plat. (currently $1,425.93/unit). <br />4. Surface Water Management Impact Fee be paid in the amount required by the city when the <br />Final Plat is released for recording (currently $233/lot). <br />5. Water Availability Charge shall be paid in the amount required by the city when the Final Plat is <br />released for recording (currently $345/ plumbing unit). <br />6. A Letter of Credit shall be provided to the city in the amount of 100% of the costs of the public <br />improvements. <br />7. Upon completion of all improvements and acceptance by the city, a security or warranty in a <br />form acceptable to the city engineer must be secured. <br />8. Development Plan shall be approved by the city engineer prior to issuance of building permits. <br />9. Any item or condition found that indicates the site is likely to yield information important to <br />pre-history or history shall be reported to the city immediately. Further, the city reserves the <br />right to stop work authorized in its approval until the site is appropriately investigated and work <br />is authorized. <br /> <br />Approve, by motion, the Development Agreement for Miske Meadows Third Addition. <br /> <br />
