The <br />property is 13 acres in size and contains an old farmstead. The business will <br />operate from the basement of his home. A layout of the interior space is <br />included in your packet. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />There will be one other employee other than the applicant. Limited amount <br />of delivery traffic is involved with this proposal.
