Location map <br />. Letter from applicant <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />The applicant is proposing to use an existing house located at 21260 <br />Meadowvale Road for their church office. Their property consists of 3 lots for <br />a total of 11. 75 acres. Two of the lots have houses and one is undeveloped. <br />The vacant lot will remain undeveloped at this time. The other lot, which <br />contains a house, will continue to be used as a residence. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The property the church will be using was used as a residence prior to being <br />purchased by the church. It contains a house and two accessory storage <br />buildings and has gravel driveway with access from Meadowvale Road. <br />Church services will not be held at this location.
