The property is located on the south <br />side of County Road 1, just west of the intersection of County Roads 1 and 33. <br />The site is 2.67 acres and contains the applicant's house and a 40' X 50' pole <br />building. The house and pole building are located near the rear of the lot. <br />Approximately half of the lot is encumbered with a 240 foot wide NSP <br />easement across the center portion of the lot.
