Meeting of the Elk River Planning Commission <br />Held at the Elk River City Hall <br />Tuesday, August 23, 2016 <br />Members Present: Vice Chair Mark Konietzko, Commissioners Alexander Feinstein, Jill Larson- <br />Vito, Mike Nicholas and Brad Thiel <br />Members Absent: Chair Eric Johnson <br />Staff Present: Planning Manager Zack Carlton, Senior Planner Chris Leeseberg, Planner <br />BrieAnna Simon and Sr. Administrative Assistant Debbie Huebner <br />Also Present: Councilmember Burandt, Council Liaison <br />1.Call Meeting to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Planning Commission <br />was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Vice Chair Konietzko. <br />2.Pledge of Allegiance <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br />3.Consider August 23, 2016, Planning Commission Agenda <br />Moved by Commissioner Larson-Vito and seconded by Commissioner Nicholas to <br />approve the August 23, 2016, Planning Commission agenda. Motion carried 6-0. <br />4.1 Consider July 26, 2016, Board of Adjustments Minutes <br />Moved by Commissioner Feinstein and seconded by Commissioner Larson-Vito to <br />approve the July 26, 2016, Board of Adjustments minutes. Motion carried 6-0. <br />4.2 Consider July 26, 2016, Planning Commission Minutes <br />Moved by Commissioner Nicholas and seconded by Commissioner Thie <br />the July 26, 2016, Planning Commission minutes. Motion carried 6-0. <br />5.1 Progressive Builders <br />Conditional Use Permit Ï Establish River Park Meadows PUD <br />Preliminary Plat Ï River Park Meadows, Case No. P 16-15 <br />The staff report was presented by Zack Carlton. Staff recommend <br />preliminary plat with the conditions as stated in the staff repo <br />
