The county reached out to local communities requesting representatives to serve on <br /> a committee to review the plan. Parks and Recreation Michael Hecker represented Elk River on the <br /> committee. <br /> The planning process is nearly complete. Goals and objectives were presented to the County Board on <br /> January 28.
