LLC regarding Light <br /> Industrial property that is currently for sale on Meadowvale Road. He is interested in <br /> assembling the parcels for a work force housing project. His thoughts regarding this project <br /> are included in the attached letter. <br /> Analysis <br /> q,: The two properties in question are guided and zoned <br /> for light industrial uses. The total property is <br /> approximately seven acres,although the County's GIS <br /> information has them at approximately 5 '/z acres. <br /> ILocated at 1870 Meadowvale Road is a single-family <br /> home dating back in all likelihood to the early 1900s. <br /> Its architecture is a traditional four-square design. The <br /> a , property at 12669 Meadowvale Road is currently used <br /> I . by Bonine Excavating and includes office space and a <br /> 40'X 60'pole shed. The site is predominantly used for <br /> storage of vehicles,equipment and supplies;a small <br /> portion of the property is encroached on by the <br /> • wetland to the east. <br /> Planning Department Mission:the orderly development of a livable and sustainable Elk River community. <br />
