In January 2005 the EDA provided feedback to staff on the attached <br /> request for proposals and conceptual layout for the property. <br /> RFP materials were prepared and mailed to 20 developers and brokers in early February. <br /> The deadline for proposal submissions was March 1. Development proposals were received <br /> from Duke Realty and Amcon. <br /> Analysis <br /> Ehlers and staff reviewed the proposals and have provided a side by side comparison for <br /> discussion at the EDA meeting. <br /> Issues to Consider <br /> Development Proposals <br /> The attached memo from Sid Inman, Ehlers &Associates summarizes the results of the <br /> RFP process as it relates to the EDA's goals and objectives for the development.
