Call Meeting To Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by President <br /> Kropuenske. <br /> 2. Consider August 28, 2000 HRA Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER THOMPSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE AUGUST 28, 2000, HRA <br /> AGENDA AS PRESENTED. COMMISSIONER THOMPSON SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 3. Consider Consent Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER WILSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> 3.1. JUNE 26, 2000, HRA MINUTES-APPROVED <br /> 3.2. REVENUE/EXPENSE REPORT THROUGH 7/31/2000-APPROVED <br /> 3.3. CHECK REGISTER-APPROVED <br /> COMMISSIONER THOMPSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> There was no one present for Open Mike. <br /> 5. Consider Resignation of Commissioner Duane Kropuenske <br /> It was the consensus of the HRA to formally accept the resignation of <br /> Commissioner Duane Kropuenske from the HRA. It was also the consensus of the <br /> HRA that Duane Kropuenske was a key figure in the HRA. <br /> 6. River's Edge Downtown Business Association Report <br /> This item was delayed, as the presenter had not arrived. <br />
