She also noted that local banks are willing <br /> to offer low interest loans for storefront renovation. She indicated that in order to <br /> move forward with storefront renovation, a consistent theme should be identified. <br /> Cathy noted that this issue would be added to a future HRA agenda for <br /> discussion. <br /> 8.
