Call Meeting To Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Elk River Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority was called to order at 5:07 p.m. by Vice Chair Toth. <br /> 2. Consider 6/26/00 HRA Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER THOMPSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE 6/26/00, HRA AGENDA AS <br /> PRESENTED. COMMISSIONER WILSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br /> CARRIED 3-0. <br /> • 3. Consider Consent Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER THOMPSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> 3.1. 5/22/00 HRA MINUTES-APPROVED <br /> 3.2. REVENUE/EXPENSE REPORT THROUGH 6/20/00-APPROVED <br /> 3.3. CHECK REGISTER-APPROVED <br /> COMMISSIONER WILSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> There was no one present for Open Mike. <br /> 5. Consider Appointment of Catherine Mehelich as Executive Director <br /> Marc Nevinski, Assistant Director of Economic Development requested the HRA to <br /> appoint Catherine Mehelich as Executive Director. <br /> COMMISSIONER THOMPSON MOVED TO APPOINT CATHERINE MEHELICH AS <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.COMMISSIONER WILSON SECONDED THE MOTION.THE <br /> MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 6. King and Main Update <br /> Marc noted that with the sale of the King and Main project, the First National <br /> Bank of Elk River is moving forward with plans for the site. <br /> 7. Discussion of Potential Projects <br /> • <br /> Marc Nevinski suggested that the HRA might wish to look at other opportunities <br /> and projects in the Central Business District or along East Highway 10. <br />
