Call Meeting To Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority was called to order at 5 p.m. by Chair Kropuenske. <br /> 2. Consider Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER THOMPSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE 12/20/99 HOUSING AND <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AGENDA. COMMISSIONER WILSON SECONDED THE <br /> • MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 3. Consider Consent Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER WILSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 3.1. CHECK REGISTER-APPROVED <br /> 3.2. 11/22/99 HRA MEETING MINUTES-APPROVED <br /> COMMISSIONER THOMPSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> No one appeared for this item. <br /> 5. King and Main Proposal Discussion <br /> Executive Director Paul Steinman noted that at the last meeting, the Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority discussed three proposals that had been received for <br /> the purchase and development of the King and Main Street site. He noted that he <br /> was directed to review and rate the proposals and bring the issue back to the <br /> Housing and Redevelopment Authority for discussion. Paul Steinman informed the <br /> HRA that he did rate the proposals that were received. He further noted that <br /> during that time the city has received two more proposals for the site, which are <br /> not included in the rating plan. <br /> • <br />
