Housing and Redevelopment Authority Meeting Page 2 <br /> December 20, 1999 <br /> • Paul Steinman reviewed his method for rating the proposals. He noted that the <br /> two additional proposals received were from John Weicht &Associates and a <br /> letter of interest from First National Bank. <br /> John Weicht addressed the Housing and Redevelopment Authority and gave a <br /> brief review of his proposal for the King and Main site. <br /> Paul Steinman distributed the letter from First National Bank indicating their interest <br /> in the development of the site. <br /> Track of the Wolf, KMR Partners, and Elk River Municipal Utilities were all allowed to <br /> give a brief review of their proposal. <br /> COMMISSIONER THOMPSON MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL WORKSESSION OF THE <br /> HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR JANUARY 18, 2000, 4-6 P.M., TO BE <br /> HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCUSSING THE PROPOSALS <br /> FOR THE KING AND MAIN SITE. COMMISSIONER WILSON SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 6. Other Business <br /> There was no other business presented. <br /> 7. Adjournment <br /> • There being no further business, COMMISSIONER WILSON MOVED TO ADJOURN THE <br /> MEETING. COMMISSIONER TOTH SECONDED THE MOTION.
