Call Meetina To Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority was called to order at 7:01 by Vice-Chair Kropuenske. <br /> • 2. Consider Agenda <br /> COMMISSIONER FARBER MOVED TO APPROVE THE HRA AGENDA. COMMISSIONER <br /> HINKLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 3. Consider Minutes <br /> COMMISSIONER HINKLE MOVED TO APPROVE THE MARCH 4, 1996 HRA MINUTES. <br /> COMMISSIONER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> COMMISSIONER FARBER MOVED TO APPROVE THE MARCH 11, 1996 HRA MINUTES. <br /> COMMISSIONER HINKLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 4. Update on the Mississippi Riverfront Pathway Project-Michael Schroeder, <br /> Hoisington Koegler Group, Inc. <br /> Pat Klaers, City Administrator,stated that the ISTEA grant request is expected to <br /> be denied. Michael Schroeder, Hoisington Koegler Group, Inc. explained the <br /> refinements on the basic concept of the Riverfront Pathway project. <br /> Gene Schuldt arrived at this time 7:25 p.m. <br /> The Housing and Redevelopment Authority would like to see the Riverfront <br /> Pathway Project done in phases. The HRA would like Hoisington Koegler Group, <br /> Inc. to return to the HRA with firm cost figures for a slightly revised plan to be done <br /> • in stages. The Riverfront Committee should be invited to meet with the HRA in <br /> reviewing this revised material from HKgi. <br />
